Can I work with Open Listings if I already have an agent?

Open Listings is an all-in-one home buying service that replaces your traditional real estate agent. So, if you're already working with an agent but want to use our service to buy a home, you'll need to end your agent relationship to avoid any potential conflicts with them.

If you've signed a buyer agency agreement, you'll probably need to terminate your relationship with that agent in writing.

If you've already toured the property or submitted an offer with another agent, it may be best to continue working with that agent on that specific property. We can certainly help with any other properties.
