Judd Schoenholtz, Co-Founder & CEO

Judd Schoenholtz is the Co-Founder and CEO of Open Listings. Judd and his wife bought their first home in 2011, and he’s been singularly obsessed with fixing the homebuying process ever since. Before founding Open Listings, Judd was Group Director of User Experience at Huge, where he spent 10 years building an unrivaled, global digital agency (acquired by IPG) and designing products for Dell, IKEA, JetBlue, Vans, Samsung, Target, Fox, Google, and, ironically, the National Association of Realtors. Alex Farrill, Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer

Alex Farrill is the Co-Founder and CTO at Open Listings. Alex founded Open Listings after he and his family bought their first home and saw first hand the need for improvements in homebuying centered around customer experience. Previously, Alex was the Chief Data Scientist at RUN (acquired by Publicis) where he built a mobile-focussed DSP for real-time bidding and analytics systems for cross-screen attribution. Peter Sugihara, Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer

Peter Sugihara is the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Open Listings. His passion for building digital products that transform people’s lives for the better led him to launch the all-in-one homebuying site. Previously, Peter was an Engineer at Amazon and the creator of LoopKit, Grid, Speaker, and He holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Bard College and a B.S. from Computer Science from Columbia University.  Peter’s headshot

Stuart Law, Chief Operating Officer

Stuart Law is Chief Operating Officer at Open Listings, where he is responsible for client-facing operations and general administration. Stuart joined Open Listings after running a boutique real estate investment and brokerage firm in Santa Barbara, where he learned how ripe modern real estate was for disruption. Prior to that, Stuart worked as an analyst at Facebook, where he oversaw planning and forecasting for the multi-billion dollar compensation spend. Stuart holds a B.A. in Economics from CSU Northridge.  Stuart’s headshot

Angeline Vuong, VP Marketing

Angeline Vuong is VP of Marketing at Open Listings, where she oversees brand communications and marketing strategy for the all-in-one homebuying site. Angeline joined the team after using the service to buy her first home. Prior to Open Listings, she worked as Director of Digital Strategy at Huge, crafting campaigns and products for some of the world's largest digitally driven businesses like Target, Toyota, & Hulu. In her past life, she was a writer & photographer, with work appearing in The New York Times & USA Today. Angeline holds a B.S. in Journalism with a minor in Music from Georgia State University. She also holds a Gold Star from the Second City sketch comedy writing program.  Angeline’s headshot

Kevin Miller, Director of Growth

Kevin Miller is the Director of Growth at Open Listings. Previously, Kevin was Director of Digital Marketing at SF-based health tech startup, Spire. Prior to that he spent 2+ years at Google in working on the Adwords team. Kevin holds a B.A. in Management & Entrepreneurship from Georgetown University.  Kevin’s headshot

Beatrice De Jong, Director of Residential Sales

Beatrice De Jong is the Director of Residential Sales at Open Listings, where she leads the in-house team of agents focused on educating, empowering, and guiding homebuyers throughout the entire process. As a homeowner with a background working in escrow, Beatrice was eager for disruption in an industry long overdue for modernization. She joined Open Listings in 2015 as the first employee and has helped scale an agent team that’s secured over $500 million in home transactions for its buyers.  Beatrice’s headshot
